Booking and Payment
All bookings made through the Atom Tours website are subject to availability.

Cancellation and Refunds
Changes by AtomTours
At AtomTours, we're committed to ensuring your tour experience aligns with your plans.
If a significant alteration affecting a crucial part of your tour is necessary, we'll promptly inform you. In such instances, you'll have the option to:
Opt for an alternative tour of equal or higher value (if available).
Select a substitute tour of a lower standard (with a refund for the price difference).
Cancel your booking and receive a full refund of all payments made.
Changes Requested by You
Should you wish to modify any part of your confirmed booking with AtomTours, please inform us in writing at the earliest opportunity. While we'll make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee fulfillment.
If AtomTours can fulfill your change request, it may be subject to an administration fee. Additionally, you might need to cover any extra costs incurred due to the requested change. Failure to meet your request may result in treating it as a cancellation, subject to applicable charges.
If, after confirmation, you're unable to travel, AtomTours allows you to transfer your booking to another person, provided:
i. Written notification reaches us at least 7 days before departure. ii. A per-person administration fee (as specified by the Company) is paid. iii. Payment for costs incurred by AtomTours or imposed by accommodation providers/suppliers is made. iv. The transferee agrees to these conditions and all terms of the contract.
Please note: No transfer or changes are confirmed until AtomTours receives full payment for applicable charges.
Cancellation by AtomTours
AtomTours will only cancel tours due to unavoidable, extraordinary circumstances beyond our control or those endangering your safety. If we cancel your tour, you'll be promptly notified, and a full refund of all payments made will be provided.
Cancellation by You
Should you wish to cancel your booking after receiving our confirmation, notify AtomTours in writing promptly. Cancellation charges may apply as outlined below:
-Cancellation more than 48 hours before tour departure
10% of tour price
-Cancellation less than 48 hours before tour departure
100% of tour price
-In the event of ‘no show’
100% of tour price
Atom Tours reserves the right to modify or adjust the cancellation policy for specific tours as deemed necessary.
Tour Participation
Participants are required to adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by the tour guides during the tour.
Atom Tours reserves the right to refuse participation or remove individuals from a tour if their behaviour jeopardises safety or disrupts the experience for others.
£100 cleaning fee applied for any soling of the vehicle
Changes to Tours
While Atom Tours endeavours to adhere to the advertised tour itinerary, the company reserves the right to modify or alter tour schedules, locations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other factors beyond their control.
Liability
Atom Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused during the tour unless resulting from the company's negligence.
Participants are encouraged to obtain suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the Atom Tours website, including text, images, logos, and videos, are the intellectual property of Atom Tours and may not be used without explicit permission.
Privacy Policy

Governing Law
